Grilled Sesame Chicken Breast
4 (4 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a shallow dish. Mix well. Add
chicken, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least
2 hours. Remove chicken from marinade. Put the marinade aside. Grill 4 to
5 inches from medium-hot coals for 15 minutes. Turn and baste frequently
with reserved marinade.
Serves 4.
