Asian Style Bar-B-Q Chicken Wings
3 lbs chicken wings
A1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup Bar b q sauce (your choice)
1 tablespoon ground ginger
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
3 green onions (finely chopped) (optional)
Combine brown sugar, bar b q sauce, garlic, and ginger in bowl Place
aside. Cut off wing tips. Then cut in half at the joint Bake or grill
wings until juices run clear about 25-35 minutes. Remove wings from oven.
Pour sauce over wings and return to oven for 10 more minutes. Remove
wings from oven, let cool, garnish with green onions, and enjoy.
