Crunchy Chicken Salad

5 cup cubed cooked chicken
1 cup sliced celery
1 pounds seedless red grapes
1 can sliced water chestnuts — 10 oz.
1 1/2 cup mayo
1 teaspoons curry powder
1 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup toasted slivered almonds

Combine all ingredients and chill at least two hours.
Serves 15 (or maybe more, she isn’t sure since she makes a lot more at
once)
