New Years Chicken
3 1/2 c. cooked chicken (6 breasts)
1 lb. pkg. hot sausage
1 (6 oz.) box Uncle Ben’s wild rice
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. herb stuffing
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 pkg. broccoli, cooked
Cut cooked chicken into small pieces. Scramble sausage in frying pan.
Follow directions on rice package using broth instead of water.
Stir all ingredients in a bowl and place in glass casserole.
Sprinkle with stuffing mix tossed with melted butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 12.
